Where did October go?
It seems like the school year is just flying by. I hope you are please with how your child is progressing.
I would first like to thank everyone that made our Boo at Birch party a huge success. The kids seemed to have a great time and enjoyed all of the tasty treats that were sent in. The PTA will be contacting those of you that were interested to help with the winter party.
In your child's folder you should have found a slip of paper for Spirit Week this week. Your child is encouraged to dress up accordingly each day. We will also be collecting change for the Diabetes Association.
If anyone is able to donate dixi cups they would be greatly appreciated.

20 Plus Days and Counting
It is hard to believe we have been in Kindergarten for over 20 days! I have had the pleasure to see your child grow and develop so much already. Your October calendar should be coming home midweek. This is a great resources to keep you updated on what we are doing in the classroom.
We have already learned 9 letters, 4 sight words, practiced with identifying character and setting, focused on number 1 - 10, and practices with the sense of taste.
This week you will be receiving some math games. These do not need to be returned to school. These are games we have been playing at school. You can use these to reinforce what we have been doing in the classroom.
